LANDMARK
The 52 storey tower has been designed by local architect Tony Leung from A+ Design Group in collaboration with Warren Mahoney and includes a mix of 429 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and sky homes with three and four bedrooms.
At ground level it will grace the local neighbourhood with a 4 level curved podium that softly engages with the landscape and is surrounded by retail and landscaped open space. Below is a 6 level basement carpark with 492 spaces. The 43 level tower above includes 5 floors of mixed commercial and residential at the base, 35 residential floors and 2 level skyhomes at the top. The façade features waves and shifting angles inspired by the curves of Sydney Harbour and when complete it be one of the tallest buildings on that side of town.
Inside residents can enjoy high ceilings throughout, luxury finishes, private balconies, and spacious living areas and kitchens. The building features a range of five-star amenities for occupants including Club 500 – a suite of resort-style services, pool and spa area, virtual golf room, discovery playground, private cinema, music rehearsal space, library, dining and lounge areas.
The development has been well-received – in 2015 it won a Good Design Award and during its stage 1 sales release sold out all the apartments in less than 1 day. The Landmark will set a new standard in quality and become the new benchmark in the area for future developments.
